We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. It doesn’t matter if your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out. An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online or over the phone.
We are always here for you if an online or telephone purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault.
If the product is faulty, we will offer you either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation).. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Some of the products are covered by the manufacturers warranty for a period of at least a year and options of up to 5 years. In the case of manufacturers Warranty being purchased with equipment, an advanced replacement warranty unit will be supplied and packaging and courier details supplied to return the faulty unit with freight paid. There is a process to follow with different manufacturers and customer services can assist with this by calling 01256 513300 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to log the issue initially.

If you receive a damaged product, please call Customer Services within 48 hours of delivery on 01256 513300 . We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible. Collection/exchange of the damaged item is free.
Cancelling a Back Order
Tempura hold stock on almost all items shown on line, and free stock is shown on some faster moving items. If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call 01256 513300 and let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
